Mirage

Mirage is a gravity hung panel system which utilises pre-decorated plasterboard for speedy on-site construction.
The system has been cleverly designed to use pre-punched steel stud and twistlock transoms which do not require any fixings. The panels are simply hung using a special clip to provide tight joints yet allow easy removal if required.
To ease on-site construction, glazing frames are factory assembled.
The radiused aluminium framework may be sprayed in any BS or RAL colour to create dramatic or subtle effects. This together with its variety of glazed modules, door options and finishes, ensures that Mirage is always a popular choice.

- 30 minutes structural fire resistance on all profiles including clear glazing
- 45dB sound rating (loud speech can be heard faintly but not distinguished)
- Pencil line joints offer a softer alternative to cover trims whilst still offering the function of demountability
- Normally built on a 1200mm module
Limitations
- Maximum height 3000mm
- Glazing and blinds will be fitted after the initial structure is completed, this may not be ideal in a building site location where dust may enter the cavity prior to glazing
- Factory prepared boards are easily damaged and need good access and protection after installation if on a building site
